Delivery

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 48 hours. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 6pm PT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 6pm PT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

We would like to inform you that we are not a fast fashion brand where we are keeping hundreds of pieces in the stock. We care more about quality than quantity, so please be patient with us. We offer secure shipping with tracking code. Non of our packages were ever missing!

We offer you the ability to track your order right through our site. All you require is your order number and email.

To track your order click here or follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Prisoner.wtf account
2. Navigate to your order
3. Click on the individual item's tracking number and you should be routed to it's corresponding tracking package

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Prisoner.wtf.
